Tidigare n\u00e4r det varit riktigt jobbigt har det ofta berott p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lksyra i musklerna men senaste tv\u00e5 passen har det varit fl\u00e5set. Idag var det inte l\u00e5ngt fr\u00e5n att middagen v\u00e4nde och kom upp igen.<\/p>\n<p>Kicken efter\u00e5t \u00e4r dock alldeles enorm och det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att varva ner f\u00f6r att komma i s\u00e4ng i tid.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rra veckan: 21-15-9 med KBS -&gt; pushpress -&gt; kn\u00e4b\u00f6j med hopp -&gt; situps &#8211; &gt;armh\u00e4vningar &#8211; burpees<br \/>\nIdag: 14-13-12-&#8230;.-3-2-1 med hopp \u00f6ver br\u00e4da -&gt; KBS -&gt; armh\u00e4vningar -&gt; halva burpees<\/p>\n<p>I slutet b\u00f6rjade Amany fokusera p\u00e5 mig och d\u00e5 kan man ju inte direkt vila. Inte om n\u00e5gon st\u00e5r vid sidan och s\u00e4ger att k\u00f6r nu, det \u00e4r snart \u00f6ver, kom igen, 5-4-3-2-1 k\u00f6r!<\/p>\n<p>Men det g\u00e5r, och det ger s\u00e5 mycket. \u00a0Snart hoppas jag b\u00f6rja ge mig ut och jogga s\u00e5 att jag kan f\u00e5 lite b\u00e4ttre fl\u00e5s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I onsdags var det ett urtufft crosspass, och idag kom ett till.
