Vi k\u00f6rde 10 minuter d\u00e4r man varje minut skulle g\u00f6ra 3 svingar med kettlebell (hade 20 kg), sen 2 handst\u00e5ende mot v\u00e4g och avsluta med 4 burpees. Om det tog 30 sekunder fick man vila 30 sek. F\u00f6rsta rundan tog verkligen 30 sekunder och sen blev det lite l\u00e4ngre ett par rundor. N\u00e4r vi passerat halva tiden b\u00f6rjade kroppen k\u00e4nnas superstark och tiderna gled ner och ner samtidigt som tekniken blev effektivare. Sista rundan gick p\u00e5 21 sekunder!
