Jag brukar ju l\u00e4sa n\u00e4r det h\u00e4nder men just nu \u00e4r vi inne i en period d\u00e5 jag l\u00e4ster pappersbok f\u00f6r vi l\u00e4ser en kapitelbok p\u00e5 readern, plus att Simon har sv\u00e5rt att somna p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llarna och kommer d\u00e5 in till oss s\u00e5 det \u00e4r lite tr\u00e5ngt.<\/p>\n<p>Halv 6 best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 upp, eller egentligen g\u00e5 ner och testa <a href=\"https:\/\/yogobe.com\/se\/videos\/5ah4\">ett yogapass<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Supersk\u00f6nt verkligen!<\/p>\n<p>Vid 6-hugget kom John ner och tog Raffe p\u00e5 morgonrundan. I slutet av yogapasset ins\u00e5g jag att det vore r\u00e4tt gott med nybakt. S\u00e5 jag slog helt enkelt till och gjorde biscuits. De var klara strax efter att John kom hem, och det var r\u00e4tt najs att v\u00e4cka barnen n\u00e4r det doftade nybakt.<\/p>\n<p>Frukosten intogs i tv-soffan med nyheter &#8211; en vana vi verkligen gillar.<\/p>\n<p>Enda nackdelen var att jag var grymt tr\u00f6tt p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n<p>Har nu \u00e4ndrat mitt morgonalarm till 5.30 veckan som kommer, och letat upp n\u00e5gra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/moawestman\/videos\">fler yogapass med Moa<\/a>.
